By creating an account, using the platform, or accessing any of our services, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Crickx account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Our system detects this automatically.

3.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, phone number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may result in withdrawal holds or account closure.

3.3 Password Security

Keep your password strictly confidential. Crickx will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately.

Crickx follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to maintain a safe and fair environment. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for any withdrawal exceeding ৳5,000.

Once KYC verification is completed, it will not be required for any subsequent transactions. If verification fails, our support team will reach out to you.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳300 for Rocket.
• After the deposit is complete, you must submit the transaction ID.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not accepted.
• The maximum daily deposit limit varies based on account level.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 cannot be processed without KYC verification.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event is called off.
• Bets that are incomplete due to technical errors will be settled based on the circumstances.

• If a match is abandoned, all bets will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Crickx and will result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the system by any means.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Bots or automation: Use of automated software or scripts.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• System Hacking: Attempting to compromise platform security.
• False Information: Use of fake identity or documents.
• Threatening Others: Threatening support staff or other members.

Crickx keeps your personal information protected with the highest level of security. The information we collect includes:

• Name, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration.
• Documents uploaded for KYC verification.

For permanent closures, any verified balance will be refunded provided no prohibited activity has occurred. Bonus balances will not be returned.
